Our Policy

  • Items can be returned or exchanged for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds. All merchandise for exchange or store credit must be received within 30 business days with a receipt. Anything purchased at a discounted price is final sale and not eligible for return.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition. This includes original tags still attached, clothes unworn & unwashed, smoke, deodorant + perfume free. All items must include original packaging and be in presentable condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • The following items are final sale: 
    • Paper Products (once opened)
    • Seasonal Items
    • Hats / Hair Accessories
    • Sale Items
    • Custom Orders
  • We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing the order.
